1. Modified Find Dual to work for all input (including non square matrixes)
2. Added legend selection for Dual in Parameters
3. Added Bold-Underline-Italic-Superscript-Subscript icons into Toolbar
4. Added Visit web site item into Help Menu
5. Modified Auto Update procedure (closes current instance with asking to save unsaved works if any, runs a process (not in shell window) and opens up web site)
